what is the power of moderator?

what is the power of moderator to this forum? I am a moderator but i can not move,edit,lock,unlock etc kind of activities. So modertator is only just a name and formality?!!!!! plz clear it. and ans here in this forum administrator that what is moderator and what is his power and duty too? If the moderator power only just reply a topic like as normal member then i request to our forum administrator and founder that i waana be a normal member.

RAHIB its really samefull to get this kind of complain frm u ... i think u didnt notice the below of every section ... its shown there who can modarete that section .... an modaretor can modaret every section except the administration buletin and introduction section in our forum ... i think itz clear now... but if u dnt knw how to edit or delet or lock a topic thats really samefull ... and jame , a modaretor is always special bcz he has some responsibility ...

I am also an admin of ma forum bro. So i can tell that i know how to moderate a forum.so plz check ur admin panel>user and group>rank section. Correction that. Thank u.
